The brief

Chisholm Institute are one of Victoria’s leading public vocational and training providers. With hundreds of courses available to study, their website is critical in building connections. This applies to attracting new students, whilst also keeping current staff and students up to date on latest developments. Chisholm approached Aceik to undertake a full Sitecore solution review, which led to an upgrade project to ensure their website meets the current and future needs of all Chisholm Institute stakeholders.

Sitecore Solution Review
We went to the core of the existing Sitecore implementation to identify all necessary updates to the both the back and front end of the website.

This provided us with a clear plan for the upgrade Sitecore V8 to V10.

Upgrade, enhance and enable
To take full advantage of the upgrade to V10 we worked with Chisholm team to identify key opportunities to enhance the overall UX experience by rolling out Chisholm’s brand re-fresh across all SXA (Sitecore Experience Accelerator) components. This provided the opportunity to fix any pre-existing components alongside adding new ones - for example a pattern library for site wide alert banners.

Alongside design enhancement sessions we also workshopped an enablement strategy to take advanatge of Sitecore digital marketing and personalisation features. This ensured the build would set the foundation for all future digital marketing activities and that Chisholm would see full value from Sitecore v10 from go live.
